Parking is curbside. Post office is not very big. Needs improvements.
I have had 3 packages now never get delievered to my residence after reaching this post office. One of their mail carriers I think are scanning the package at the residence to make it look "delievered", but taking the package home with them. Its too easy to do that. I am so tired of it. They don't replace the lost packages and they give the run around with lies. They told me they never got my package that was sent to them Oct. 7th... I called on Oct. 19th. Fed ex confirmed they scanned it in and got it Oct. 10th and delievered it to my house Oct 12th. So how on Oct. 19th can they claim they never got it but Fedex say they have proof that it was scannes into their post office and delievered by them. Again this isn't the 1st time and its getting really damn old! The customer service is terrible and they don't help you replace your missing package and are basically like your SOL too bad for you! .. They don't care
