They never answer the phone
Over the past several years, I've had a dozen keys made at Michael's Security Agency for both vehicles and homes. Half the time, the keys didn't work and I had to go elsewhere. I understand that Mr. Michaels is an accomplished locksmith, but I don't believe that's who you'll be dealing with.
